The key to video marketing on Facebook (and any social media channel) is consistency. One video is not going to get the job done. You need to post at least one or two videos each day. The length of the videos should vary but Facebook gives priority to videos that are at least three minutes long.
Your videos should also inspire viewers to return to your page or to watch the video again. Those are videos that Facebook will prioritize. Think of it as the snowball effect, as your video keeps rolling down the proverbial hill the number of people it reaches keeps growing and growing.
Finally, create original content. Facebook doesn’t want you to copy or share other videos to your page. Your videos should be unique to your brand, something that sets you apart. The more original your video is the more Facebook will like it and greater the chance it will get shared to more viewers.
